TTK 404 Rock Picker is a specially designed machine for removal and picking of rocks at 15 cm. depth and at the surface of the field. It can also be used in the construction industry for rock clearance on sites. TK 404 Rock Picker picks rocks of a size of between 3 cm. and 30 cm. with a working width of 404 cm.

Rock fibber spiral rakes are designed to work and operate in the opposite direction to forward travel. The rake tines give a spiral effect and draw the rocks to the centre of the machine on to sieve, and the tines of rotor pull them up into the hopper. Extra soil and small stones go through the sieve and back on to the field. When the hopper is full, the tipping system allows you to tip directly into a dump trailer or lorry or the load can be tipped on the corner of the field directly from the hopper.

The fibber spiral rakes on the TK 404 Rock Picker Machine can be folded by connecting steel cables to the hopper and by lifting the tipper. With hydraulic exit of valf of tractor, providing empty of stones in the hopper and opening and closing of rock rakes. (making for field situation and road situation) The TK 404 Rock Picker Machine can be powered by 60 Hp tractors plus.

TK 404 Rock Picker comes well equipped as standard including sieve with a size of 3 cm. , Upon request, sieves with a size of 4 cm. - 5 cm. can also be produced. Overall working width of machine is 404 cm. There are 18 steel tines with special alloy connected to the rock fibber rakes.

Rock fibber rakes are lifted by steel cables connected with hopper. After rock rakes become fixed with pins, hopper is lowered for road situation.
